When you take your customer's picture you are sending a message to them that says "We Value You" and "We Appreciate Your Business" which has a significant effect in itself. Beyond that, their picture will be developed into a classy magnetic photo calendar (Lifetime Relationship Calendar) that will be delivered directly to your dealership.

#3 Personalizing your Package: Before sending out the Lifetime Relationship Calendars, you or your sales staff will have an opportunity to look them over, sign the personalized letter and mark special dates on the calendar. Your customers will be delighted to see their important dates recognized over the next two years; from their first scheduled service appointment to their birthdays and anniversaries.

#6 Increased Service Business: The customers that you treated like friends and family will want to entrust their future service business with you. They now have a daily reminder of who to call when they need service done on their new or used vehicles. You also have the option of placing both service reminders and parts and service coupons throughout your customized calendar. Most dealers encourage their customers to share these coupons with their family and friends. Possibilities include: oil changes, brake inspections, body work, detailing and much more.
